Leicester City reaches the Semifinal, and Chelsea is all set to face Manchester United in the Semi-finals

Leicester City finally beats up Manchester United and is all set to play for the FA Cup semi-final. The match will be played against Southampton. On the other hand, Chelsea will be facing Manchester City in the last four encounters.

Kelechi Iheanacho’s double sealed win of 3-1 made Leicester defeat Manchester United and send them out of the FA Cup. Chelsea is going to face Manchester City after defeating Sheffield United this Sunday.  The match between Chelsea and Manchester City will be the semi-final. Brendan Rodger’s side is looking forward to meeting Southampton in the semi-final of the FA cup in 1982. All thanks to the predatory Iheanacho for finishing at the King Power Stadium. Leicester was put ahead in the 100th game of Rodgers, which was in charge. There was equalization by Mason Greenwood in the first half. According to Rodgers, he is delighted and is praising the excellent performance. All the aspects of the game were completed as per him. He also added that they showed the courage to have been playing against one of the greatest teams of Europe. He also motivated the players by telling them that they were just three games away from creating history. But now it has been reduced to two as per their performance.

The United’s limp exit ended their away games that were twenty-nine in number without a single defeat in all the domestic competitions. It was since the loss in 2020 January at Liverpool.

Since the Europa League in the year 2017, there was no trophy, and that competition is now considered the last realistic chance to win the first silverware of the reign of boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
