Jon Huber(Luke Harper) former WWE star dies at age 41
Former WWE star Luke Harper dies at just 41 year age on 27th December, 2020 due to lung disease. Luke Harper won the Tag Team titles twice and the Intercontinental Championship during his run in the WWE. He left WWE in 2019 and joined AEW. After joining AEW(All Elite Wrestling), he won the AEW TNT Championship. He was also known as Brodie Lee in the ring and Luke Harper in WWE but his real name was Jon Huber.
Amanda(Luke Huber’s wife) wrote on Instagram, “My best friend died today. I never wanted to write out those words. My heart is broken. The world saw him as the amazing @brodielee (fka Luke Harper) but he was my best friend, my husband, and the greatest father you would ever meet.”
“No words can express the love I feel or how broken I am right now. He passed surrounded by love ones after a hard-fought battle with a non-Covid related lung issue,” she added.
WWE and AEW extended condolences to Huber’s family, friends and fans through their official tweeter accounts.
