Chuba Hubbard offended by his coach- mike Gundy as a trump supporter

Mike Gundy, the coach of Oklahoma State University coach appeared wearing a t-shirt with an advertisement for the far right news network that brace Donald Trump. This raged the university runner, Chuba Hubbard who promised that he would never again play for the university.

Mr. Gundy’s picture in the OAN (One American News) make Hubbard tweet that he would not dare to do anything for the university any more until and unless significant alterations are initiated.

The far right new network came in being on 2013, have the reputation of forcing conspiracy theories and untrue claims. It is generally handled and quoted by Donald Trump itself.

The one American news network has gone really far this time during the George Floyd protests. It kept incorrect claims suggesting that pipe bombs had been placed at the Korean War memorial in Washington DC and untruly recommended that a 75 years old man who is held and captured by the police in Buffalo, New York, is expected to have connections with the anti-fascist organization known as Antifa.

CBS journalist Kyle Boone tweeted the trending picture of Mr. Gundy along with his two sons taking it from social media.  The picture infuriated Hubbard as he tweeted that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and insensitive in between everything that is happening in the present society. Hubbard will not tolerate this and he decided to not play for the Oklahoma state unless things convert.

According to ESPN, Hubbard is a first team all American players who hail from Alberta, Canada. He has been identified as one of the big 12 attacking players of the year. He has a history of enjoying a victorious year in college football.

His attitude with the behavior of Mr.Gundy have been highly appreciated by Baltimore Ravens running back justice hills and the teammate of Oklahoma state along with being Hubbard’s roommate, Amen Ogbongbemiga.  Justice Hills replied to the tweet of Hubbard saying that hills is in total support of the Hubbard with the fact that university and Oakland state university athletics needs to change . Ogbongbemiga replied that he stands with Hubbard too.

Burns Hargis who is the president of Oklahoma state university told the Independent that the voice of the black student athletes should not go unheard as this matter lays much concern. Racial inequalities and injustices should not be tolerated and people should stand united against such insensitive and heartless behavior in Oklahoma State.

Mr.Gundy agreed to the fact that he watches one American news which created many controversies. It was a teleconference with reporters where they were about to speak regarding the pandemic in April. Gundy told that the one American news is very rejuvenating as there is no commentary or opinion about any matter. They just report the news without taking any sides –left or right.  Gundy enjoys it as they give more information rather than debating about the right and the wrong. So, he continued to watch it and released it to be very much positive.
